EMPLOYEES’ COMPENSATION
Call an ambulance or go and see a medical doctor as soon as possible.
Take photos of the Accident.
Contact our Solicitor for advice as soon as practicable.
Report the work Accident to your Employer immediately.
Report to the Police immediately if any breach of laws.
Report the work Accident to the Labour Department.
Give original sick leave certificates and medical receipts to your employer and copies to our Solicitor.
Contact our Solicitor soon after discharged from the hospital for processing your Accident claims.
Ask your employer to pay you monthly periodical payments (being 4/5 of monthly income).
Give copy sick leave certificates to the Labour Department upon assessment of compensation arranged by the Labour Department.
Give Form 7 and/or Form 5 and/or other assessment result to our Solicitor as soon as possible.
Go to the Labour Department to arrange for a review assessment.
Give Form 9 and/or Form 6 to our Solicitor as soon as possible.
CONSTRUCTION ACCIDENT
Construction Accident
Take photos of the tool, ladder, machine, and environment of the Accident.
Contact our Solicitor for legal advice as soon as practicable.
Record the names of the workers present at the Accident and of your direct employer and the relevant contractors and principal contractor of the construction site.
Follow the steps above for Employees’ Compensation.

TRAFFIC ACCIDENT
Call the Police at the Accident Scene immediately.
Do not make any settlement with the other party if you want to pursue any legal or insurance claims for your loss later on.
If you are a driver, call your insurer and lodge a Motor Accident Claim Form as soon as possible.
Request the driver causing the Accident to call his/her insurer to prepare for your future legal claim against him/her.
Ask the Police for information to apply for monetary assistance under the Traffic Accident Victim Assistance Scheme, if needed.
Contact us to process your claims for damages and/or compensation.
MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE
Record the names of the medical doctors and nurses involved.
Record the times and medical services provided to you.
PUBLIC PLACE ACCIDENT
There may be a valid claim for any Accident happened to you in a public place if the Accident was caused by someone’s fault.
